  1. What format do you take the design in ?
    The easy & fast is PDF format - You could send it from your PC , Phone Or any device easy
  2. DO YOU OFFER ASSISTANCE WITH DESIGN?
    We do offer assistance with design for a minimal fee. Logo = $20 Business card = $20 Wedding Invitation = $30 RSVP = $15 Save the dates = $15 All others ($5-40 )

    Yes, we most certainly will! This is one of the things we are most critical about. We will be in touch if we find any “red flags” that may compromise quality, otherwise, it’s up to you to check spelling & make sure your contact info is correct.
  2. I found paper that I'd like to use. Can you print on it?
    Probably. Contact us and let us know as many details as you have regarding the paper. we'll let you know how much we'd need you to send us.
  3. When do you require payment and what payment methods do you accept?
    We require a full deposit to begin laying out your order. We then create a personalized drafts of your layouts for you to give feedback on. Once you decide on the final layout, we begin printing. -We accept checks, all the usual credit cards, and PayPal.
  4. How long will it take to print my order? Can it be rushed?
    Once the design is finalized and we've received your payment, we'll have the order ready to ship in 3 -10 days or less. Assuming our current workload allows, we can rush the order for an additional fee: 20% extra for a two-day rush or 40% extra for same day rush.
  5. Regarding Methods of payment? Could i mail a check? what is your e-mail address for Paypal?

  6. Can you print on both sides of a card?
    Yes. Printing on the back of a card is priced as an additional ink run. We suggest using 600g (220lbs) paper for two-sided pieces; however, it's not required.
  7. Do you print letterpress/thermograph in ink colors other than black? Differnt paper? Other than 2x3.5" ? Painted edges...etc?
    Yes , we do it all ..You need to ask for a free quote & we will add the services & let you know.. - If your requested color is pantone format you just mention the ink number , if you do not know the NO. you could send it via mail to match it Or use a copy via e-mail . - About the size , we use large sheets & we could cut it down to any size .. ( may add extra charge if the size is not economic)
  8. How much for shipping my order will cost?
    We use USPS, Fedex, UPS for domestic shipping - We charge flat rate (18$) - Shipping Services takes 3-6 days - If you want to use your shipping account with any courier or use prepaid label .. so you could have better price (save on shipping) its OK , just let us know in advance .
